… when you go for a walk in 50-degree weather and you think, “Ooh! It’s warm today.”
…when you see a baobab tree in the clouds.
… when your five suitcases (224 lbs!) have been been crammed full with gentle care and are zipped to go.
…when take a CFA bill out of your wallet and the smell of thiouraye (incense) and smoke catches you off guard and you realize that it smells like home.

Love the baobab tree in the clouds. 🙂 I thought I saw one on our drive home after Christmas. Alas, it was just a tree that had lost all of its leaves.

I am thankful you are looking forward to going home. It calms me because I know it is so very hard to leave family behind. I am so thankful that you guys have had such a wonderful time of refreshment with your parents (and grandparents). I hope they spoiled you…you need that from time to time. Love you….
